According to the economic newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore, the Cnh group has reportedly sold its Danish division under the Kongskilde brand.
The news comes from a letter written by Carlo Alberto Sisto, president of CNH for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa), addressed to partners and distributors, as well as a statement given to the newspaper by Giampaolo Mercati, CEO of Seko Industries, the buyer.
Seko Industries, a company owned by the Italian fund Ibla Capital and specialized in the production of machinery for livestock feeding, recycling, and composting, plans to manufacture the equipment at its facility in Padua, doubling its workforce within two years.
